Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: August 28, 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the conduct of users of the services provided by Flynn Operations Group(“we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://pracenda.com(the “Service”). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This AUP applies to all use of the Service, including the content, inputs, outputs, and account activity associated with your access.
2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit, generate, or distribute:
- Content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
- Content that targets or exploits minors, including sexual or exploitative material.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Malware, phishing material, spam, or content designed to compromise security.
- Content that you know or should know is false and that could cause meaningful harm (e.g., fabricated evidence, impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery).
3. High-Risk Use Cases
The Service is not designed for high-risk use cases — including medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions — and we do not warrant its fitness for those purposes. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice in such matters.
4. No Misrepresentation
You agree not to misrepresent the source, accuracy, compliance status, or regulatory standing of any output of the Service. Outputs are AI-generated and require human review; you must not present outputs as having been performed, certified, or endorsed by a qualified professional when they have not.
5. Abuse of the Service
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying models.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage thresholds.
- Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service as your own without our written permission.
- Use the Service to compete with us or to build a substantially similar product.
6. Automated Use
You may automate access through documented interfaces only. Scraping, hot-linking, and other undocumented access methods are not permitted.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please contact us at the address in Section 11 and provide enough detail for us to investigate.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending access, or terminating accounts. We will tailor the response to the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation.
9. Law-Enforcement Requests
We comply with valid legal process. If you are a law-enforcement or government requester, contact us at the address in Section 11; we will route your request to the appropriate team.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP. The Effective Date above reflects the latest revision.
