Frequently asked questions
Pracenda is a done-for-you custom business documentation service — not a blank-template marketplace. Our operator drafts every document for you, tailored to the way your business actually runs, so you get a working first draft instead of a generic download.
We primarily serve U.S. small businesses and provide customized operational documents: standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, employee onboarding guides, policies, workflows, and job descriptions. Each draft is prepared for the specifics you supply and reviewed by an operator before it is delivered.

Common questions
What does Pracenda create?
Pracenda creates customized operational documents for U.S. small businesses. The work covers standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, employee onboarding guides, policies, workflows, and job descriptions — the documents a small team actually relies on to run the business day to day.
Each draft is prepared from the specifics you provide through a guided intake and reviewed by an operator before delivery, so the result reflects how your business runs — not a generic template pulled from the internet.
See sample documents we have producedIs Pracenda a template service?
No. Pracenda is a done-for-you, custom documentation service. We do not sell downloadable templates, blank forms, or a clause library that you fill in yourself — every document is drafted for you from the answers you provide, with an operator involved in the preparation and review.
A blank-template marketplace hands you a starting point and walks away; Pracenda hands back a first draft built around how your business actually works. You edit what you want, leave what you do not, and own a customized document at the end.
How does the process work?
You pick the type of document you need, then use guided questions, a voice explanation, or a video walkthrough to show how the work runs, and we prepare a customized first draft. The draft is reviewed by an operator, returned as an editable document so you can adjust it, and is yours to own outright.
When you need a change, you send a revision request and the updated version comes back to you. For active subscribers on Starter or Pro, the same flow runs on a steady cadence — request, draft, review, deliver.
See the workflow on the home pageCan Pracenda document a process that isn’t already written down?
Yes. In fact, that is most of the work we do — processes that live in one person’s head, in a shared inbox, or in the routine of the team. The guided intake is designed to surface that unwritten workflow by asking the questions a senior operator would ask, so the draft captures what your business already does.
You do not need a polished playbook on hand to start. The intake covers what triggers the work, who is involved, what the output looks like, and what a new person would need to know to step into the process for the first time.
How much does a custom document cost?
Three plans, each priced for a different pace of work:
Single Document — $49 one-time. 1 customized document, 1 revision round, delivered within 3 business days, 1 user. No subscription or recurring charge.
Starter — $99 / month. 3 customized documents per month, 1 revision round per document, delivered within 3 business days, 1 user. Unused document credits do not roll over. Cancel anytime via self-service account management.
Pro — $249 / month. 10 customized documents per month, 2 revision rounds per document, delivered within 2 business days, up to 3 users. Unused document credits do not roll over. Cancel anytime via self-service account management.
Do I need a subscription?
No. If you have a single document in mind, the Single Document plan is a one-time purchase at $49 with 1 revision round and delivery within 3 business days. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — buy once, get the document, and you are done.
Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions for teams with ongoing documentation needs and a steady cadence of work. They are the right fit when you expect to request several documents per month and want a predictable turnaround.
See plans and pricingHow quickly are documents delivered?
Delivery time depends on the plan. Single Document and Starter drafts are delivered within 3 business days of completing the intake. Pro drafts are delivered within 2 business days.
Revision requests follow the same per-plan turnaround — within 3 business days for Single and Starter, within 2 business days for Pro — once the request is submitted.
How do revisions work?
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds per document: 1 round on Single Document, 1 round per document on Starter, and 2 rounds per document on Pro. A revision covers substantive changes to the scope, terminology, structure, or role definitions of the draft you received.
Send the revision request, the operator reviews the change, and the updated draft comes back to you within the plan’s turnaround window. Substantially new sections, new roles, or new document types count as a fresh order rather than a revision.
Read the refund and revision policyWhat counts as one document?
One document is one clearly defined business process. A standard operating procedure for opening the cafe each morning is one document. A checklist for onboarding a new front-desk hire is one document. A job description for a residential service technician is one document.
Each document is generally 5 pages or less in its final form. A multi-role handbook, a full policy manual, or a set of related but distinct procedures is intentionally broken up — one credit covers one process, so a 40-page operations manual would be scoped into several documents and priced accordingly.
What happens to unused subscription document credits?
They do not roll over. Starter subscriptions include 3 customized documents per month, Pro includes 10 per month, and any credits not used by the end of the billing cycle are forfeited. The credit pool refreshes at the start of the next cycle.
This keeps the included cadence honest — you get a defined amount of operator-reviewed custom work per cycle, and unused capacity is not banked. If a steady month is going to be heavier, plan the requests in advance or upgrade to the next tier for that cycle.
Can I cancel Starter or Pro?
Yes — cancellation is self-service from your account management page. There is no annual contract, no cancellation fee, and no need to contact support to end a subscription. You stay subscribed through the current billing cycle, and access remains active until that cycle closes.
Documents you have already received under the subscription are yours to keep and use. Canceling affects future cycles only — there is no claw-back or retroactive change to documents already delivered.
