About Pracenda

Pracenda is a founder-led service that helps small organizations turn how they run into clear, editable operational documents. Below: who built it, what the service does and does not do, and where it’s based.

The founder, Greg Flynn

Greg Flynn, founder of Pracenda

Greg has spent years running operations inside healthcare organizations — the kind of environments where undocumented workflow isn’t merely inconvenient but consequential. The work that turns tribal knowledge into documents the next person can rely on is some of the most valuable work any organization does, and he has spent his career doing it — codifying the routines a team already runs, in language a new hire or a contract operator can pick up and use.

He built Pracenda because most small organizations run on the same kinds of documents, and the first draft is the hard part. Day-to-day operational work is too important to be left in one person’s head, and too expensive to be a blank-page exercise every time. A guided intake, a customized first draft, and a real operator reading the result before it goes out is the difference between a document the team uses and a document that sits in a folder.

What Pracenda does

Guided intake. The questionnaire is tailored to the document type and to the industry you work in, and you can skip anything that does not apply. The questions are the ones a senior operator would ask — about your workflow, the people involved, and the outcomes you care about — so you don’t have to figure out where to start.

AI-assisted first draft. Your industry, terminology, and the specifics you provide in the intake are reflected in what we send back — not generic boilerplate or a one-size-fits-all template. If your organization has house language, a style preference, or terminology you want the draft to use, you can include it and it will reappear in the draft.

Founder-reviewed. A real person — Greg — reads every draft before it is sent, checking for clarity, organization, and whether the document will actually hold up in the work it is meant to support. What you receive is a draft prepared with both an AI assistant and an operator behind it — not a chatbot reply.

What Pracenda does not do

Pracenda is not legal advice. We do not draft legal opinions, contracts, pleadings, or regulatory filings, and we do not opine on how a given legal question should be answered. Where your work requires a lawyer, your lawyer does that work.

Pracenda is not HR advice. We can organize an internal operational policy or job description around decisions and requirements you provide, but we do not decide what your policy should be, weigh in on employment-law questions, or guide hiring compliance. Where your work requires an HR professional or an employment attorney, they do that work.

Pracenda is not tax advice. We do not take tax positions, prepare accounting work, or issue audit opinions. Where your work requires a tax or accounting professional, they do that work.

Pracenda is not a compliance or regulatory review. We do not guarantee that any draft we produce satisfies a law, regulation, accreditation standard, or industry requirement of your jurisdiction. A qualified professional in your organization remains responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and maintaining every document before it is put into use.

Where we are based

Pracenda is based in Florida. We work with customers across the United States; the service runs in the browser on the device you already use, and turnaround is counted in business days from the time your questionnaire is complete.
