You operate a real business — not a personal project, a side experiment, or a placeholder entity. We verify ownership and legitimacy before acceptance.
A real process to document
You have at least one workflow that’s well-understood by your team, even if it lives in someone’s head today. We turn what you know into something shareable.
A decision-maker willing to do intake
You (or a delegate) can usually complete the detailed guided intake in about 15 minutes. For a complex process — or when you prefer an optional guided conversation — plan 30–60 minutes. No surveys or homework; you simply explain how the work runs.
Willing to give honest feedback
Founding Customer pricing comes with an invitation to share what worked and what didn’t. It’s never required in exchange for the discount.
No patient info or prohibited sensitive data
Pracenda produces general business and operational documents only. We do not accept protected health information, payment card data, or other regulated inputs.

Honest boundaries, set up front
- Legal, HR, tax, accounting, medical, safety, or regulatory / compliance advice — we never substitute for a licensed professional.
- Compliance guarantees — every document is an AI-assisted draft you review, edit, approve, and maintain.
- Unlimited revisions or unlimited documents — per-tier limits apply; see your plan’s revision policy.
- Custom software development or custom integrations — Pracenda delivers documents, not a platform build.
- Partnership, ownership, employment, agency, or investment rights — Founding Customer status is a pricing program, not a business relationship.
- Lifetime pricing — the discount applies only to your first eligible documents within the offer window.

I’m Greg Flynn. I’ve spent years running operations inside healthcare organizations — the kind of environments where undocumented workflow doesn’t just slow things down, it actually hurts people. The work that turns tribal knowledge into documents that the next person can rely on is some of the most valuable work any business can do.
